For cost reasons, we are not a 24 hour service*. We feel that most people that call a business at 3am expect to get voicemail. It's most important to have your calls answered by a live operator during your normal business hours plus a few hours before or after. Not paying operators to sit at a phone with no calls all night allows us to offer a service that is priced more reasonably for all of our customers. Crystal Clear Messaging does regularly offer live answering of your calls from 9am-9pm US Eastern time which of course is 8am-8pm Central, 7am-7pm Mountain and 6am-6pm Pacific. We also offer a free voicemail for after hours calls to compliment your live service.

* We do have the ability to customize a package for you if you need extended hours.

All accounts come standard with message delivery to any single email account at no additional charge. The email address you supply to us can be a standard email address or the email address of your cell phone or pager. Most of our competitors charge extra for email delivery.

There is a one time account setup fee of $39.95 for all plans listed.
